Last post I talked about one of rock’s most politically spoken band Rage Against The Machine… now its time to talk about a band, no matter how ludicrous their name is, called Five Finger Death Punch. This is metal’s most outspoken band, with songs like No One Get’s Left Behind, War is the Answer, and the cover of an old classic that’s music video is based on the band’s Iraq Military Tour, Bad Company. These songs talk about how politicians use soldiers as pawns to get what they want and how they should see what it is like before they control people’s lives. This band is just as talented since the lead singer Ivan Moody can actually sing and sometimes scream, the rest of the band is also something unique to other metal bands since their chord progressions and drum beats differ from many other bands. Overall if you like metal and hate the government, this band is for you.
